My research focuses on understanding the linkages between climate hazards, vulnerability to food insecurity, and food access. I characterize and improve the spatial distribution of food access for socially vulnerable and food-insecure populations, explicitly focusing on disruptions to food access following extreme hazard events using geospatial and spatial optimization techniques.Selected Publications
