Geography Society

The Geography Society is a social club made up of geography undergraduate and graduate students. Each year the Geography Society holds several parties and sponsors the Geogathon, a game show emphasizing geographical prowess held during the university’s annual Geography Awareness week. Graduate students and faculty come together to hear lectures and discuss apropos topics at weekly seminars. The Geography Department at Texas A&M is interested in promoting graduate student social life and actively seeks out student input and participation.
